Study Loans

Estonian citizens and those possessing a permanent residence permit of Estonia are eligible to apply for a state guaranteed study loan. Study loans may be given to students of bachelor, master’s or doctoral level, studying full-time (part-time students are not eligible).
To apply for a study loan, a student has to contact a bank, that will check the student status and eligibility to the loan from the Student Registry (EHIS), where the university gives up-dated details of all the students. More detailed information on the banks’ web pages:
